A uniquely designed ignitor system which offers precision oil droplet size and distribution, in combination with a flame stabilizer to ensure proper fuel/air mixture and turbulence. This system provides low opacity on cold start-ups, instantaneous light-off, and unsurpassed flame stability.
Warm-up Gun Systems for Tangential - Fired Boilers
A state-of-the-art system which serves as both the ignitor and the warm-up gun on many
tangential-fired boilers, designed to directly replace original QC oil-fired warm-up gun
on older boilers. Based on CTL's patented "Smokeless Ignitor" system, this
technology eliminates the need for pilot torch ignitors or the use of manual techniques
and can be easily integrated into an existing DCS.
Gas Ignitors for All Applications
A radical departure from traditional pipe ignitors used by other ignitor manufacturers,
this gas ignitor virtually eliminates maintenance problems and provides an unsurpassed gas
ignitor flame stability. Ignitor inputs reach as high as 30 MMBtu/hr with this specialized
technology.
Sidewall Ignitors for Tangential - Fired Boilers
Designed as a performance upgrade to original manufacturer equipment, eliminating
problems associated with aging ignitor technology. These sidewall ignitors can be
installed as a complete system or as component replacement parts for existing
systems-either of which results in significant improvement in fuel burning efficiency and
reduces costs.
